AAMPL has always placed a lot of emphasis on the education and training of staff and workers alike. With daily, weekly, monthly trainings being provided to employees of the company, it is ensured that everyone understands the Importance of learning new things and improving their skills and understands the importance of ‘Continual improvement”. A dedicated Dojo Room (As shown above) for monthly meetings, award ceremonies, induction training and a separate training room (As shown on right) for staff are testimony to the company’s vision of providing proper knowledge to each and everyone working in the organization.
