- With a huge variety of Mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic presses within the range of 16-320T for a total of 60 press machines (100 overall in all Units) with Advanced safety systems like Safety Photo guard, Double push button operation, cam shaft module.
- We implement Magnets and clamps for material maneuvering in all our operations keeping operator safety in mind.
- Majority of our presses are from Makes like "SEW" & "IMPACT" with very clear focus on quality and accuracy of the press machine as required in our parts.
- The latest addition to our Press Shop is the coveted SCL-320T with the focus of increasing higher tonnage in coming years as per customer requirements.
- Manufacturing a ton of variety components as main source sheet metal supplier in Faridabad.
About Machine Shop
Additional Information
With a dedicated space for machine shop, we have 4 VMC Machines from HAAS and 8 CNC Machines from T-Sugami and LMW which run 24 hours 7 days to service our customers. In addition, our machine shop also houses a Bandsaw machine for cutting rods into work pieces for few parts. With our upcoming Unit -3, 15000 sq. ft. (as shown on right) area will be dedicated towards machine shop as AAMPL's focus will increase upon machining capabilities.
